Spacecraft Materials Case SA006 / C02
Summary
Participants of this CPD will have the opportunity to get hands on with the kit and learn how to use it in their classroom to explore topics such as electricity, materials science, magnetism, heat and scientific enquiry.
There are supporting videos that feature a scientist from the European Space Agency, who sets the challenge, and a colleague from ESA Education explains the contents of the kit. (https://www.stem.org.uk/rx35hu)
Teachers will have the opportunity to borrow the kit from their Enrichment Partnership (subject to availability), and learn about space context challenges, competitions and resources available through ESERO-UK (www.stem.org.uk/esero)
