Network 1 - Managing Behaviour for Early Careers Teachers - Early Career Framework Standards Addressed 1, 4 & 7 
Network 1 Outcomes:
You will discuss reasons for undesirable behaviour and how you can tackle problems to minimise disruption in lessons
Network 2 - Health and Safety for Early Careers Teachers - Standards Addressed 1, 3, 4 & 7
Network 2 Outcomes:
You will understand the basics of the Health and Safety at Work act and it’s requirements for your role as a science teacher
You be able to write a comprehensive SfL and learn where to find information about hazards of substances used
Network 3 - Planning for successful delivery of practical’s in science - Standards Addressed 1, 2, 3, 4, & 7
Network 3 Outcomes:
You will have a deeper understanding of how practical’s can be delivered to ensure deep understanding of when to use them and some of the pitfalls that pupils may fall into.
Network 4 - Differentiation and Planning - Standards Addressed - 1, 2 , 3 , 4 & 5
Network 4 Outcomes:
You will learn what differentiation is and some tips and tricks to plan successfully to meet the needs of all learners
Network 5 - Intervention strategies, revision and retention - Standards Addressed 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6
Network 5 Outcomes:
You will develop your understanding of key intervention strategies
You will start to build a toolkit of revision and retention techniques to embed within your teaching
Network 6 - Planning and delivering successful extracurricular activities in science - Standards Addressed 1, 3, 7 & 8
Network 6 Outcomes:
You will be more confident in providing opportunities for STEM enrichment and links to employability skill
You will gain tips and tricks for planning and delivering successful science enrichment activities, to enable you to improvement engagement in your learners
