Summary

It will cover: an introduction to Computing Hubs, CPD courses and bursaries, Subject Matter Expert computing support, Computing resources and Scheme of Work.
The aim of the session will be to give an overview of what the National Centre for Computing Education (NCCE) has to offer schools.
We will focus on Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, the wide range of CPD opportunities available and bursaries attached, the free scheme of work and resources, and details on how the local computing hub can support you with computing.
The session will continue with a snapshot taster of one of our most popular courses linked to computer science called 'Primary Programming and Algorithms' which will give participants an insight into what a course may look like and include.
