Peterborough primary science network - spring term RH121 / A60
Summary
Join us for the Peterborough spring term primary science network meeting led by Jane Banham. The topic for this meeting is Primary Science Capital.
Many Primary Science Leaders and teachers are confident with teaching and learning both the subject knowledge and working scientifically aspects of science; with the release of the new research on Science Capital for primary schools, rather than the previously released research and information based on secondary pupils, now is the time to look at how, in the already crammed primary timetable, we can tweak our lessons to support opportunities for science capital.
We will:
- Discuss what Science Capital means for primary education
- Consider how to include Science Capital in the curriculum
- Look at resources available in order to update school provision for Science Capital
If you are a member of our primary subscription package, or would like to find out more about it, please contact training@swaveseyvc.co.uk before making your booking.
