Who is the course leader?

Outcomes

This bespoke event aims to enhance the computing curriculum in schools by introducing the Crumble microcontroller and the accompanying block-based programming language.
Outcomes will be:
  • building a simple circuit and controlling it using a basic sequence of code blocks
  • connecting a range of output devices and controlling them with code
  • deciding when to use infinite and/or count controlled loops to achieve desired output behaviour
  • connecting an input device and programming the Crumble to respond to input (selection)
  • designing and testing projects
