Summary
Secondary teachers, please join us for an afternoon offering a range of support and CPD for both the specialist and non-specialist computing teachers.
After you have made your booking you will receive a link to select your workshop choices. The link will be sent out to all new bookings at the end of a week.
Please make your choices as soon as you can as places may be limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.
You will be able to choose from a range of workshops including:
- Deep Dive
- Physical Computing - micro:bit
- Using EdTech for assessment
- Action research in your classroom
- Creating media through KS3
- Teach Computing Curriculum - Secondary
- Microcontrollers, sensors and robotics
- Introduction for Non Specialists

Outcomes
Depending upon your workshop selection, the specific outcomes will be different. However, the overall outcomes of this afternoon are:

- increased awareness of the hardware available to support teaching computing
- practical techniques to improve engagement and outcomes for students
