Summary

A chance for collaboration with your peers so you can share information and develop as a leader. Expert consultants will help you identify priority issues in teaching and learning and professional development for your teams. You will be able to develop solutions, drawing on the expertise within the group. This strengthening of informal school-to-school support will create an effective network of information, advice and guidance.
Facilitator: Dr Alison Bune, Head of KS3 Science at Bishop's Hatfield Girls' School
With a background in biochemistry, having worked as a post doctoral fellow at Cambridge and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, I have been head of key stage 3 science for 5 years at Bishops Hatfield Girls School. With the experience as a teacher and a mother, I feel the flow from key stage 2 to key stage 3 is very important, leave alone leading on to key stage 4! Key stage 3 is the time to allow students to have fun and it would be great to share activities and events to encourage interest in science and develop the students science capital!

NOTE: The fee is an annual one off subscription fee and once subscribed, you will receive a discount code for subsequent meetings and exclusive discounts on some of our SLP courses/events.
