A conference for National and Regional Secondary Science MAT Leads, giving insight to being a step ahead to help you in your role and share current effective practice. An opportunity to hear from exam boards, OfSTED and science education partners and a chance to network with other secondary science leads working in a MAT environment.  Your programme for the day:

  • 09:00 - 09:10    Intro and welcome
  • 09:10 - 09:35    Key updates from the science education sector
  • 09:35 - 10:15    Exams: Update from the exam board followed by Q&A
  • 10:15 - 10:30    BREAK
  • 10:30 - 11:45    Supporting teachers to deliver a high quality science education for all: An overview of the opportunities and offers available from science education partners, followed by Q&A
  • 11:45 - 12:00    BREAK
  • 12:00 - 13:00    MAT networking: An opportunity to share practice and insights with other MAT leads
  • 13:00 - 13:15    Summary and wrap up
