How do you affect change within a school? In this session we will explore what the research suggests is the best way to implement change to improve outcomes for your learners. Learn simple strategies that will make even the laggards want to jump on board!
Outcomes
- You will gain a knowledge of what the new framework and the "deep dives" will look like in your own school setting
- Develop an awareness of effective strategies to support the new framework with colleagues in outreach work
- Opportunity to network with colleagues in a similar role across both primary and secondary phases
- We will also have the opportunity to discuss the challenges of being a science SLE trying to support collegues during the pandemic
