South West Technician network meeting RD607 / A02
Summary
Join us for a one hour remote South West Technicians' Network Meeting. This engaging and educational session will be led by Senior Science Technician and STEM Facilitator, Stacey Wheeler. This is a chance for collaboration with your peers in the South West so you can share information and develop as a Technician. The session will cover:
· Technician updates for the new academic year
· What you as technicians can do to support and retain as much practical science as possible in these unusual times
· CPD ideas and upcoming technician courses
Outcomes
You will:
- receive updates and share current best practice
- consider ways in which technical support for science departments can be optimised
- establish a working brief for the network
- identify future training needs
