THIS COURSE IS FOR TEACHERS IN WALES ONLY
A two-session virtual course which will give you the tools to make the most of using the outdoors and seasonal changes as a context for learning. Suitable for Foundation Phase and key stages 2 +3.
There are date and time options to choose from and also the option to choose delivery through the medium of Welsh.
Led by education experts at Natural Resources Wales (NRW).
Outcomes
Outcomes will be:
- increased knowledge of how to use the outdoors as a context for learning.
- increased confidence in how to deliver the Curriculum for Wales 6 AoLE’s through Trees and Woodlands.
- increased understanding of how the biodiversity theme links to Welsh Parliament’s Nature and Climate Change Emergency
