Summary
Structures and resources that will aid student retrieval and metacognition will be instrumental in supporting students successfully return to school. In this course, we will consider the research around the successful use of knowledge organisers and a range of strategies to implement them successfully, maximising their use and role in supporting students to develop their long term memory.

- Reflect on the latest research around the development of long term memory
- Understand what an effective knowledge organiser is and it's purpose
- Explore a range of practical strategies to implement the effective use of knowledge organisers to support long term memory development
