Developing Working scientifically and enquiry skills. RC026 / B01
Summary
This course looks at the five types of scientific enquiry at the heart of working scientifically and the key working scientifically skills that need to be developed in our learners. Carefully considering the progression of working scientifically skills across the primary age range, teachers will take away practical ideas for purposeful and focussed enquiries that will develop these key skills across a range of knowledge and understanding objectives. By the end of the course, teachers will have the confidence to assess where children are in working scientifically and will have the tools to ensure each child can continue to progress and make the appropriate next steps in their learning.
