The 'Women in STEM Subjects' network run by Sussex SLP offers a beacon to showcase the talents that women possess both in constructing and delivering the STEM subjects. This online event, our network launch, provides two eminent keynote speakers.

Yvonne Baker is CEO of STEM learning and will ask how we can best encourage girls into STEM subjects.

Vivienne Porritt Esq, FCCT is a Leadership consultant and co-founder of Women Ed and will encourage us to be '10% braver' in furthering our careers.

The aim of the network is to instil confidence in women as role models and to inspire more females to follow a STEM career. It will provide direct career support for Women in Leadership. Our launch date of 23rd June coincides with 'Women in Engineering Day'

The evening will be hosted via Adobe Connect. Full instructions to access the Virtual Room will be sent out before the day.
