Summary

Based on the emerging needs of the regional network, these meetings will provide a valuable opportunity to collaborate with network partners in collectively achieving improved outcomes. These meetings will be focused on 1-2 key priorities determined by the emerging needs of the regional network

 

Outcomes

  • consider the upcoming changes which are likely to impact schools’, colleges and teachers’ requirement and availability for CPD, and set key actions for how we should respond as a network in our offer and its messaging
  • improve your ability to understand the needs and behaviours of teachers, schools and colleges, and how to develop a clear value proposition that ensures you successfully increase the demand for, and uptake of, CPD
  • discuss and plan how as a network we continue to meet demand, which address the specific programmes requirements, e.g. in rural and urban localities, in specific regions, and to key audiences
  • understand the importance of effective reporting and its role in informing our continually adaptive and responsive offer, and to have an improved awareness of good practice in reporting which can be applied
