Oxfordshire NQT Training 3 sessions RN327 / C04
Summary
We are continuing our successful programme of Science NQT training this year with the first session taking place next month. This tailored local CPD is designed to meet the needs of all and to facilitate collaboration and sharing best practice between NQTs. The days have been extremely well received and popular in past years, and involve lots of opportunities for support and sharing best practice as well as tips and tricks for reducing workload, planning efficiently and making marking faster and more effective.
Day 1 will include sessions on practical work, dangerous demos, tips from an RQT and much more.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
• demonstrate the ability to use a wider range of approaches to teaching and learning and classroom organisation
• draw on the experience of others to reflect upon and develop your own practice
