Summary

The network is led by Nicola Beverley and is comprised of 3 Network Meetings for Science Subject Leaders providing them with the skills to drive science forward in their schools as well as the opportunity to network with other science leaders. Dates: 26/09/19, 28/01/20, 21/04/20.

There are also 3 Teacher/TA/Subject Leader Workshops designed to improve skills  of teachers, TAs and subject leaders as they assess children's progress in science in the classroom. Dates: 12/11/19 for Upper KS2, 05/03/20 for KS1 and 04/06/20 for Lower KS2.

Outcomes

We can develop an affordable bespoke CPD event which is delivered locally to you for:

  • individuals such as: subject leaders, coordinators, heads of departments
  • a team/whole department
  • a network of schools/groups
  • multi-academy trusts
  • initial teacher education
