KS3 to KS4 Chemistry Transition Conference RE298 / N04
Summary
In collaboration with the Royal Society of Chemistry, this conference will explore how to ensure a smooth and effective transition between KS3 and KS4 Chemistry. Through a series of presentations and workshops, the day will give you an opportunity to work together to focus on deepening students learning across the key stages. Tutors from the Royal Society of Chemistry will provide an interactive session on Microscale chemistry techniques. These techniques will introduce how to reduce cost and how to provide safe, quick and engaging practical’s for students allowing a more personalised experience. At the end of the day you should leave with a toolbox of resources and activities that can be easily transferred into the science classroom to engage and enthuse students while moving them across the key stages.
