Summary

In partnership with Let's Think, formally CASE.

An informal network meeting to share successes and challenges around developing thinking skills in pupils.  A chance to reflect on resources and strategies, and to receive updates.

All are welcome; whether you are starting your work with thinking skills, or are an experienced practitioner.

Evidence shows that better thinking skills for students support their progress and attainment in science.

During this network meeting you will work with colleagues to share best practice and discuss how to overcome challenges.  We will discuss a range of strategies and consider suitable resources and how to make best use of them in the classroom to encourage students to think more deeply and use critical and other higher level thinking skills to improve their learning

Outcomes

You will be able to:

  • collaborate and network with colleagues on using resources for thinking skills
  • explore resources and consider how to best make use of them in the classroom
