Summary
This is a local network meeting facilitated by local teachers to share good practice.
This will be an opportunity to moderate science teacher assessed judgements with other schools, supported by Louise Maule and Gareth McQuillan. Assessment advisor, Janice Gibson, will also be on hand to offer her input.
Please bring pupils’ work with you that you’d like to moderate.
North Tyneside Schools Only. Primary science leads, class teachers, key stage leads; all are welcome.
Outcomes
You will:
- develop the teaching and assessment of working scientifically in your school
- develop your schemes of work/learning in order to enhance the teaching and learning of science in your school
