Summary
As an experienced technician, in charge or aspiring to run your department's technical service, this course will enable you develop skills for sharing good practice and to identify and address any changes needed to improve. You will be able to deliver and enhance the service in your school and possibly beyond, through training others and setting up local groups.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- enhance your leadership skills
- develop skills to share good practice and address key issues that are essential for effective performance in your role
- evaluate situations and identify any necessary changes to improve practice
- develop and enhance the technical service delivered in your school or college
