Summary
This course is designed for new or inexperienced science technicians, or for those who just simply wish to refresh their skill set. We will cover a range of topics including health and safety, policies and procedures and technician skills. This knowledge will ensure that you will be able to provide efficient and effective support to the department and promote best practise methods.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- work towards successfully implementing the new skills and knowledge acquired on the course
- describe and apply policies, procedures and actions that will lead to an effective and efficient technical service
- describe and explain safety implications and how to address them
