Active approaches at A level biology RE506 / L01
Teachers who are confident in their subject knowledge can explore the acknowledged benefits of active and collaborative approaches to learning at A level. Working with others, you can develop new teaching and learning classroom activities that will be engaging and relevant for post-16 students.
You will be able to:
- understand more about the researched benefits of active learning approaches
- draw on a wider range of techniques, strategies and pedagogies to improve your students' knowledge and understanding of core concepts
- facilitate both collaborative and independent learning in your A level classes
