ESERO-UK secondary conference SV200 / A19
Ideal for secondary and post-16 science, computing, mathematics and D&T teachers who are interested in using space as an exciting context for learning, the annual ESERO-UK secondary space conference is being held alongside the UK Space Conference, and participants will be given free access and time to explore hundreds of stands and exhibitions.
Participants will be able to engage in activities linked to the 50th anniversary of the first lunar landing, to ESA's ExoMars mission, and the upcoming James Webb Space Telescope.
You will be able to
- understand how current space missions can provide an engaging context for teaching science, computing, mathematics and D&T
- take part in practical activities which you can deliver in the classroom
- improve your awareness of STEM careers in the rapidly growing UK space industry
