Summary
Developing expertise in teaching carbon chemistry (morning session).
Using molecular models, this course develops delegates' understanding of simple carbon chemistry and makes links between the underlying chemistry and teaching and learning activities.
Developing teaching structure and bonding up to KS4 (afternoon session).
This course critically assesses models used to teach chemical bonding, to help delegates address student misconceptions.
