Summary

Triple Science Support Programme

This network meeting will specifically focus on strategies for supporting English as an additional language learners (EAL) 

This network will consider what effective teaching and learning of the big ideas in science could look like, and is intended for teachers that have experience of teaching science at KS4 and are looking for better progression to improve outcomes at the end of KS4.

Outcomes

You will be able to:

  • increase your awareness of strategies to support delivery of triple science for English as an additional language (EAL) learners
  • have awareness of the progression of the big ideas of science so that they are able to develop them more effectively in their pupils
  • develop approaches to STEM and Enhancement & Enrichment to raise aspiration and triple science uptake in particular
