Teachers who are confident in their subject knowledge can explore the wider implications and applications of biology. We will identify tools that will broaden and deepen your repertoire of practical activities and teaching approaches to create a positive learning environment.
Outcomes
You will be able to:
- broaden the scope of your existing schemes of learning to provide both challenge and support for your students
- enrich your A level teaching by using approaches that will engage your students and enhance their learning
- recognise and discuss with your students some of the wider applications and implications of biology
