Summary

As part of the course you will also identify some of the key areas to work on ensure that continuity and progression for science is effective in your school which will help improve schemes of work and help you to start your journey to enrol on PSQM.

Outcomes

  • Begin to identify ways of supporting CPD needs in school to develop science teaching and learning with an emphasis on teaching the skills around science enquiry
     
  • Re-visit and develop new approaches to assessment in science across the school to ensure continuity and progression
  • Implement a skills based assessment process in schemes of work
  • Know more about PSQM and how it can provide and support effective CPD
