Hello everyone,

I'm currently researching other arts-based technical team structures in UK HE and was wondering if anyone was willing to share this information? If it is of any use to you, I would happily share our structure and answer any questions.

Hello Daniel,

We only have a small team here. I'm full time and I manage the four other Technicians only one of which is full time, two are in four days a week and one in three and a half days a week.
