Hello from Bethlehem, Palestine

Good afternoon all.
I am very delightful to be part of your group. My name Emma Qumsiyeh. I am a computer science and technology teacher at LA Salle School in Bethlehem, Palestinian territory. I am originally a computer engineer with an MA in Arts of Teaching in science.
I am opening my own Robotics Academy for students as an extra curricular activities after school. I am going to use the LeGo kits Wedo 2.0 and EV3 in workshops. As you know, the Lego curricular are involved in STEM.
Any help? Any advice? Also is there any international companies that are interested in partnership?

Hi Emma

Welcome to STEM Clubs. You will find lots of useful resources linked to Lego and robotics in our online resources library. I am sure you will find plenty of information and ideas to get you started.

Have you downloaded the STEM Clubs handbook, although we are a UK focused programme we are happy for our international friends to benefit from our resources. We also have some super themed resource sets you can use, they cover all aspects of STEM so there is bound to be at least one activity suited to your club.

Good luck and let us know how you get on, in addition you may be interested in touching base with some of our other international friends. There is a thread running which you might like to add to: https://www.stem.org.uk/community/groups/393345/stem-club-pakistan/450988
