In this Core Maths resource, ‘Cormathzadrine’ is a new drug that is being tested prior to being made readily available.
The drug has a half-life of between 1 and 4 hours.
Students are asked to model the level of Cormathzadrine is the system of a patient who is told to take at total of 4,000 milligrams per day with doses at regular intervals for one week.
Will the patient ever have too much or too little of the drug in the body at any given time?
