The Future Manufacturing Processes Research Group (FMPRG) explore how novel methods of manufacturing can provide new capabilities in products and services. You will work in a brand new and well equipped laboratory which houses a suite of unique and novel manufacturing process equipment and associated experimental rigs. A great deal of the Group’s research work centres around the creation of bespoke and highly specialised apparatus and instrumentation, so the effectiveness of both our laboratory facilities and our technical support is vital to our success.

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to join our team and strengthen our research capability by providing specialised technical expertise and to lead the management and advancement of our new laboratory facilities.
