Technicians' value

Thought this item from the Preproom.org June newsletter should be shared. It is referring to school technicians, but the message remains for HE. I particularly liked the sentiment, "When technicians are treated as equals to teaching staff and made to see how invaluable they are, motivation and morale tends to stay high, despite the relatively low pay"
