Gold Award: Squeaky Clean
These materials look at three possible projects that relate to the environmental impact of domestic cleaning products:
* Communications project - students gather information to explain how cleaning products can be harmful to the environment and recommend good practice that will help protect the environment.
* Practical project - students investigate a range of cleaning products for effectiveness, environmental impact and value for money.
* Research project - research and evaluate if cleaning products are becoming more environmentally friendly and whether ‘green’ cleaning products really better than other products.
