Activity Case Study 13: Tim Moss

This STEMNET activity case study describes how Tim Moss, a maintenance engineer, worked with an Engineering Diploma teacher, Chris Hallgarth, to implement a practical programme to support a new Engineering Diploma qualification. This programme brought engineering to life, giving students an insight into 'real life' applications. Chris helped to put a practical programme together for the maintenance modules of the course.

For Tim, being a STEM Ambassador was, “An opportunity to give something back. You need to make sure that everybody gets something out of it, and if I can encourage or enthuse one person, it’s all worth it."
