The man who loved only numbers

This book is biography of the mathematician Paul Erdos and is a moving portrait of both his genius, and his oddness. It explores his warmth, and sense of fun, and the joyfulness of his unusual life thinking and writing mathematics for nineteen hours a day until he died.
