Knowledge and understanding of science - electricity and magnetism - a guide for teachers

This book provides teachers in primary schools with background scientific knowledge and understanding of electricity and magnetism. After working through the text and completing assessments successfully, teachers will have covered the aspects of electricity and magnetism described in the programmes of study of Key Stages 1 and 2 of the National Curriculum science Order. The purpose of the material is to extend teachers' knowledge and understanding. It is not suitable for direct use in the classroom.
