The wisdom of bones - in search of human origins

The search for the missing link between apes and humans has intrigued anthropologists and the layman alike since the last century. In 1984 in Kenya, the author of this book, Alan Walker, discovered the most complete skeleton of an early human ancestor ever found - the 'Nariokotome Boy'. More than 1.5 million years old, this skeleton revealed more than any other about our past.
