Contemporary school mathematics: probability and statistics (second series)

This booklet has been designed to introduce the basic ideas of statistics and probability in a modern way. Emphasis has been placed on ideas and the numerical work has been kept to a minimum. The questions involve only simple ideas and it is intended that they should all be attempted; there is a section of hints and answers at the back.
