This book is an introduction to microelectronics for the reader who has no previous knowledge of electronics and only the most basic understanding of electrical circuits. It covers the TEC Microelectronic Systems Level 1 syllabus fully, and will provide a very useful introduction to the subject for students of other courses which have microelectronics content.
