Science@school: book 6E - forces in action

Forces in action covers Unit 6E of the QCA Scheme of Work for science (the unit is titled 'Forces in action'). The QCA guidelines have proven to be an important influence on primary teaching in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The same topic is also taught in the curriculum in Scotland. Forces in action is one title in the new and successful Science@School series and is written by established author, Dr Brian Knapp. The 24 pages contain colourful photographs and carefully-presented diagrams in a clear and uncluttered layout that is accessible to a broad range of abilities.
