Forty harder problems for the classroom: with hints and suggestions for further work in secondary and tertiary classrooms
This book will help learners to develop strategies for solving mathematical problems. The hints, prompts and suggestions for further activities outline what pupils need to know to be able to solve each problem and indicate possible problem-solving strategies. An important aspect of solving problems is to be able to pose your own problems, and the suggestions include prompts for how pupils might do this. Suitable for Key Stage 4 and 5.
