This pack of resources contains six different project ideas linked to climate science to use in the completion of a Silver CREST Award. These research based activities encourage students to also design and make prototypes of concepts as well as testing out ideas via investigation and experimental processes.

The project ideas are:

• Drought detectives (impact of water shortages)
• Be a H2O hero (reducing water waste)
• Speak out about drought (ways to present research)
• Palmed off (sustainability of palm oil)
• In the air (pollution investigations)
• Go green (developing green spaces in cities)

This resource was created through collaboration between the British Science Association, the Integrated Land Ecosystem Atmosphere Processes Study and the Natural Environment Research Council.
