Year 4 - stage 8
This resource provides a lesson plan and supporting presentation that enhances the design technology curriculum by giving Year 4 pupils the opportunity to make a calcium rich food product and to prepare vegetables safely. This session also gives pupils the challenge of working as part of a group to apply mathematical skills such as weight and estimation in a real life context. This session is eighth in a ten session STEM project provided by NFU Education.
