Hydration station
Dehydration can be a problem for adults and children alike. Space explorers must maintain proper hydration levels while in space. As astronauts complete their tasks on an exploration mission, whether inside or outside the space exploration vehicle, astronauts need adequate hydration to maintain proper health.
In this activity students will investigate the importance of staying hydrated, proper hydration methods, and learn to identify signs of dehydration.
This resource is from the Mission X collection of activities which is an international educational challenge that focuses on health, science, fitness and nutrition, and encourages pupils to train like an astronaut.
