Cuboids
This interactive excel file begins with a sheet showing the dimensions of a cuboid beside an oblique drawing of the cuboid. The student needs to calculate the area of the three different faces, the total surface area and the volume of the cuboid. The dimensions can be changed and the net can be shown on a separate sheet.
There are a further five sheets of questions on related topics which may be suitable for duplication for classroom use.

This program was designed by be viewed on a screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768. Users may have to adjust the resolution of their screen for the pages to display as was originally intended. The program uses macros which need to be enabled on users’ machine.
