Part of the Integrated Mathematics Scheme, this book is aimed at lower ability Year Eleven students. It has four strands to the work. These are:

*Life at work

Each area of mathematics is set in a real life context.

The mathematics covered includes calculating area using imperial and metric measures, calculating the volume of a cuboid, standard form, capacity, division, drawing and interpreting graphs, Mobius bands, constructing shapes, angles, reading mileage charts, speed and distance, area, scale drawing and volume and surface area of cylinders.
