Life and Death of Stars

Starting with the Sun, this resource gives a general introduction through the idea of stars being born, growing old and ending their days in various spectacular ways. The presentation looks at the Sun, the birth of stars in hydrogen gas, nebulae, large and small stars, the death of stars as supernovae, red giants, neutron stars or black holes.
