Using Flour
These short videos are part of the Licence to Cook course and are designed to be shown in class. Two students demonstrate different methods of combining flour with other ingredients, including how to form a dough, how to gently fold flour into a mixture and how to effectively divide a mixture. The short videos can either be used to introduce a new technique that students will be using in a cooking session or used to recap skills learned in previous lessons.
