Chris is an award winning engineer and a successful entrepreneur having co-founded his own structural design company Expedition Engineering in 1999. At the time, Chris’s career had included work on many leading structures that can be seen all over the world such as the Millennium Bridge in London, the Commerzbank HQ in Frankfurt and the Telecom Tower in Barcelona.

Chris Wise was one of the scientists featured in the Acclaim project in 2001. Acclaim was a collaboration between the Royal Society and the Centre for Science Education at Sheffield Hallam University.
